THE GUY BUILDING ALL THE SOUND
MEET
DUB L D.
For me, the best part of playing live is that it doesn't have to be completely figured out before it starts.
Dub L D is built around that idea.
I take familiar songs, grooves, rhythms, and melodies and build around them live—layering one part over another, following the jam, and leaving enough room for the crowd and the moment to have a say in what happens next.
I want people to recognize something and lean in.
Then I want to find out where else we can take it.
Because the moments I remember aren't usually the ones that went exactly according to plan.
They're the ones that could only have happened that night.
Familiar Songs Are Starting Points. Not Scripts.
Dub L D builds songs, grooves, rhythms, melodies, and jams layer by layer in real time. The result lives somewhere between a show, a jam, and a musical experiment the whole room gets to watch unfold.
The mission is simple: make live music unpredictable again. Flip the familiar. Build from scratch. Follow the room. Create a moment that makes people ask, “How did one guy just do that?”
WHY THE LOOP?
Because the magic shouldn't hide backstage. Every rhythm, harmony, riff, and left turn is part of the performance. The audience doesn't just hear the result—they see it get made.
Your songs. His loops. One experiment.
